PROPERTY OWNERS:
PAYING YOUR DUES

All property owners within the Heritage Lakes Community are members of the Heritage Lakes Property Owners Association (HLPOA), and as such, are required to pay annual association dues. The dues collected are used to maintain all of the common areas and infrastructure owned by HLPOA including our marvelous lakes, swimming pool, clubhouse, sports courts, playground area and landscaping.

Payment is due by January 31st each year with a grace period extended thru the end of February. Payments become delinquent March 1st. Deliquent payments are assessed a 6% penalty and property liens are filed in September.

HLPOA has chosen Community Association Management Services (CAMS) to manage the majority of our Association's financial transactions. If you need to pay your dues, here's what you need to do.

STEP 1 - Go to CAMSmgt.com and select Homeowner

STEP 2 - Click on My Account

STEP 3 - Click on Account Login

STEP 4 - Enter the email and password provided by CAMS.
