Community Amenities:
Use of swimming pool during operational hours
Clubhouse rental
Playground
Community lake and walking path
Tennis and Pickleball courts
Grass volleyball court
Fishing is allowed in Lake Steeplechase only (lake adjacent to swimming pool) and is strictly catch and release
Community social events including: annual Easter Egg Hunt, July 4th celebration, and activities for children at Halloween and Christmas
The Pool opens on Memorial Day and closes on Labor Day.
PROPERTY OWNERS
Property Owner Dues are due in January of each year.
A six percent interest charge, as well as a late fee should be added for each month dues are late.
Dues are $550.00 if paid by January 31st of each year.
Checks can be made payable to HLPOA with your Lot # in the memo line and should be mailed to:

Remember that our community is run by volunteer homeowners. Please allow at least two weeks for payment processing before your key fobs are activated.

What if I need more time to pay?

What if I pay after Jan 31st?
If you plan on using the facilities (Pool/Tennis courts/renting the clubhouse), please make your dues payment in January. – Incomplete payments or payment arrangements in progress will not have key fob access to the facilities until full payment is made. This is a procedure HLPOA has adopted to prevent bounced checks/payments.
What do my dues pay for?
Acres of beautiful, rolling, manicured grounds, a fishing lake, clubhouse, playground, dual tennis courts, volleyball court, nature trail, neighborhood signage, property taxes, community events and of course, our fabulous pool.
What are the late fees?
The dues payment schedule is as follows:
Pay by January 31st – $550.00
Pay by February 1st to March 31st – $575.00
Pay by April 1st to June 29th, – $600.00
After June 30th – $625.00
ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIPS
Each year, Associate Memberships become available for joining the Heritage Lakes swimming pool as well as gaining access to other community amenity privileges.
We are beginning a wait list for Summer 2023.
PLEASE NOTE THAT SIMPLY SIGNING UP FOR THIS WAIT LIST DOES NOT GUARANTEE MEMBERSHIP!
Associate membership costs $550 and is an annual term which would begin when the pool opens in May and will allow members to take advantage of our wonderful amenities this summer and into autumn, winter and next spring. Active associate membership includes only immediate family members living within the same household
We hope to begin the process of assigning memberships later in May.
PLEASE DO NOT INQUIRE OF YOUR STATUS, YOU WILL BE NOTIFIED IF INVITED.
If selected, you will be notified via email and will be given a deadline to accept and make payment. If selected you can pay online but MUST add on the additional processing fee to pay a total of $566.50. Otherwise, if selected you may pay by check.
If you do not meet the deadline, your position will be given to the next applicant and you will have to reapply for the waiting list.
