EVENTS CALENDAR
Join your Heritage Lake neighbors in creating unforgettable memories and strengthening the bonds that make our community truly special. Mark your calendars and get ready to dive into a year we hope will be filled with fun, laughter, and shared moments that make our neighborhood feel like home.

Your HLPOA Board members are anxious to put on events you appreciate and hope to bring back or create new events including; Food Truck Days/Nights, Blood Drives, Trunk or Treat, Car Shows, and more. Our calendar is meant to provide a quick and easy overview of social events, seasonal celebrations and important neighborhood improvement initiatives. If we missed something, please let us know. If you have suggestions or wish to get involved in developing community events, we'd love to hear from you.

COMING EVENTS
Below you'll find some of the events being planned for this year. You also find some events we're proposing for the community – but we could use your input. If you see an event you'd like to help with, a survey or question about proposed events, or have an event you'd like us to consider, please let us know.

OCTOBER 13th
Trunk or Treat - Tentative Event

Charis Burger wants to survey the community to see if there's enough interest to put on a Halloween "Trunk or Treat" on Sunday, October 13th from 2 - 4pm. Email us if you're interested in participating – whether that's bringing your kids, a decorated vehicle and treats, or just willing to help. We will make a decision on whether the event takes place once we receive your responses and gauge interest levels.

OCTOBER 26th
Community Work Day

We're asking for community members to volunter a few hours of their time to help maintain our common grounds. Meet us at the clubhouse on October 26th from 9:00am to Noon. General clean-up and repairs will be done.

If you can, please email us letting us know you'll be there – the more helpers we can count on, the more we'll get done!

ANNUAL MEETING
November 10th, 3:00PM

The HLPOA Annual Meeting is coming up soon. We suggest you arrive 15 minutes ahead of time for check-in. Meetings generally last about 90 minutes and we strongly recommend that you all attend.

If you cannot, look out for a mailed notice that includes a Proxy Form so you can appoint the Board, or someone else you designate, to vote in your place.
