OUR COMMUNITY
Welcome to Heritage Lakes – a residential community located in Simpsonville within Greenville County in Upstate South Carolina. Established in the late 1970's, there are 212 residences within Heritage Lakes ranging from 1,500 to 3,000+ square feet on lots ranging in size from roughly one-half to full acre parcels.

Heritage Lakes is anchored by three lakes, a clubhouse, competition swimming pool, tennis, pickleball and volleyball courts plus a kid's play area. Our community also boasts an expansive lakeside greenbelt with walking trails and a nature trail through our woods.

Heritage Lakes takes great pride in being an active community with many family orientated activities and events. We are part of the Swim Association Invitational League (SAIL) – one of the largest recreational swim leagues in the Southeast. SAIL includes more than 30 neighborhood swim teams and over 4,000 swimmers. Our team, the Blue Wave, has had tremendous success in competition with back-to-back Founders Cup Championships in the SAIL Gold Division for 2022 and 2023.

The community's annual Fourth of July celebration and fireworks spectacular never fails to thrill and engage our residents. With several other community events taking place each year – like our Easter Egg Hunt and Christmas Parade – you can see why Heritage Lakes is a truly unique development with lasting beauty.

INDEPENDENCE DAY
July 4th, All Day!
